This workshop is part of our Pre-Conference Workshop Day for the Digitale Leute Summit 2025 in Cologne.

It’s designed to equip experienced product professionals with a playbook for identifying and applying the right metrics in real-world contexts. Instead of rigid frameworks, Büşra will show you how to adapt and even “mis-use” familiar techniques to reflect actual product dynamics and customer behavior.

You will practice mapping user journeys as behavior maps, redefining the AARRR funnel into a success engine, using Goals-Signals-Metrics (GSM) with a twist, and bringing it all together in a custom metrics tree tailored to your product.

After the workshop, you’ll know how to identify success metrics for any goal (even hard-to-measure ones), create feedback loops that drive continuous improvement, and shift your focus from “improving metrics without a soul” to improving the right outcomes, measured by the right metrics.
