About the workshop
This workshop will take a deep dive into what makes a high-performing tech organisation. On this journey, we will dissect many myths often labelled as „best practices“ or „models for success“ that are propagated as silver bullets. However, they do not always help and can sometimes even harm your organisation. We will discuss when these models fall short and what alternatives may be more useful in your specific environment. We will tackle the organisational, procedural, mindset, and leadership elements you need to effectively deliver customer value.
