When can I buy tickets for the DL Summit 2024?
We are currently collecting feedback and are already planning for next year. We will inform you via our newsletter as soon as you can buy tickets. Sign up here if you have not already done so.
Do I get an invoice for my ticket?
Yes, Eventbrite automatically sends an invoice with your tickets, and you can log into your Eventbrite account to download it anytime.
Can I buy tickets on account (per invoice)?
For single tickets, we do not offer this option. However, if you want to purchase more than ten tickets for your company, we can arrange a purchase on account. In this case, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact form.
Does the ticket include catering?
Catering on Pre-Conference Day Full-Day Workshops: Light breakfast, lunch, soft drinks, and coffee included.
Catering on Conference Day: Breakfast, lunch, finger food dinner, soft drinks, and coffee included.
The catering will be entirely vegan.
Do you offer ticket refunds?
If the Digitale Leute Summit takes place as a Remote Edition, all ticket buyers (including Workshops) will have the option to get a full refund. In all other cases, we do not offer ticket refunds. If you cannot attend, you can transfer the ticket to someone else. Please let us know by email if this is the case: email@example.com
Who is eligible to be a Volunteer at DL Summit?
Everyone is willing to invest a few work hours in exchange for a DL Summit Conference Ticket.
Do you offer discounts for students, startups, non-profits, etc?
Yes, if you are interested, you can apply for a discount via our contact form. However, there is also the possibility to become a Volunteer at DL Summit and get free access in exchange for a couple of hours of working on or before the event.
Can I change the name or other details on my ticket?
Yes, but only the person who purchased the ticket(s) can make these changes directly on Eventbrite. You can change your ticket details up to 2 days before Digitale Leute Summit – including name, title etc. Just log in to Eventbrite, make the changes and follow the instructions. Please ensure these details are correct, as they will be shown on your badge! If you have any problems, please get in touch with Annika (firstname.lastname@example.org) to get help.
What do I need for check-in on the conference day?
At best, you need the Digitale Leute App. It contains a QR code for check-in. If you cannot download the app for some reason, this QR code will reach you again by email on the day of the event itself. Eventbrite tickets are not required for check-in.
How do I get the access data for the app?
If you have a ticket for the Digitale Leute Summit, you should receive various emails from November 1st with the access data to log in. If this is not the case, please get in touch with us by email: email@example.com
Can I leave my luggage in the cloakroom?
Yes, you can leave your luggage, such as suitcases or backpacks, in the cloakroom free of charge. However, we do not accept any legal liability for this.
Is the location barrier-free and usable for wheelchair users or disabled participants?
The location itself is also usable for disabled people. The main area of the conference is on the ground floor. The toilets and the cloakroom in the basement and Conference Stage 3 on the first floor on the gallery are accessible via a lift. Please report to reception for this.

How do I apply as a speaker for the DL Summit or nominate someone else?
There is no application process for becoming a speaker at DL Summit. We curate the agenda. However, if you have a suggestion, you might send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Where can I find the schedule for the DL Summit Pre-Conference Day and Conference Day?
Shortly before the Summit, you will find the complete schedule on our website and our networking app, where you can also register for the different sessions. We inform all ticket holders and invite them to the app when available.
