About the workshop
In this workshop, we will look at what it takes to become a real product entrepreneur. This is not just another workshop about Scrum, Kanban, OKRs or any particular discovery technique.
Instead, we will actually deep dive into each step of the full product initiative lifecycle, discussing rarely taught underlying Product Guidelines and Principles, that you can follow to become fully responsible for your measurable product success.
We start on how to generate and manage incoming ideas and requests. Driving problem understanding and conceptual alignment. Measuring the success of your initiatives by shipping it to the right audience. Finally, deliver a product that all your customers love.
After the workshop you will be able to…
… better understand the difference between creating products that customers love and just being an assembly line to deliver one MVP after each other without maximizing product success.
Who should attend
