We all talk about the perfect product team. We try to find the unicorn T-shaped team members. We all strive to create cross-functional teams that embody all of the necessary skills from Product, UX and Tech.
But how does this translate to leadership?

In this breakout session, Alexander and Lars are going to share their experiences of running a group of more than 30 people with 4 product teams as a leadership team. What the benefits are of leading as a team. But also the challenges that come with a team making leadership decisions.

Lars Haßler

Head of Product Management at Trusted Shops.

Whether as a developer, speaker, or coach: Since Lars built his first website at the age of 16, his heart burns for web development and digital products. After working as a consultant for many years, he became a permanent member of Trusted Shops in January 2019 and has since been responsible for the further development of the eTrusted platform as Head of Product Management.
Alexander Poensgen

Head of Engineering at Trusted Shops. Held Leadership Roles at Sedo and Cisco.

Alexander Poensgen joined Trusted Shops in 2019 as Head of Engineering. Before his start at Trusted Shops, Alexander was CTO at the Domain Marketplace Sedo and worked in Software Engineering for the consultancy group Accenture. He holds a master’s degree in computer sciences from the RWTH Aachen.
