Niels has over 20 years of experience in methodologies around brand, user and customer experience, service design, and business consulting gained in 200+ digital projects for companies of varying branches and sizes. Currently, he is the Director of Innovation & Strategy and in a secondary role, the lead of the Business Unit Digital Products & Services at nexum AG.

Andreas Melzner

Founder and CEO at Cologne Intelligence.

Andreas Melzner is founder and managing director of Cologne Intelligence (CI). Working in the internet sector since the mid-90s he is a pioneer in digital business. With his company Cologne Intelligence he supports leading companies to reshape their business to meet the digital age.

Mary-Ann Sprenger

Product Manager "Learn German" at Deutsche Welle.

Mary-Ann is the Product Manager of DWs Learn German online service. She is responsible for the technological modernization process for DW’s German language learning programs to meet the needs of those learning and teaching German. She has worked as a UX/UI researcher in socio-informatics and is deeply committed to human-centered approaches in product development.

Emiko Beising-Keuck

Project Manager at Deutsche Welle.

Emiko began her career with a short stint as a translator in Tokyo. Fast forward a few years and she is using her skills to bring people together as a project manager, first at a major Japanese company in Düsseldorf and then at Deutsche Welle in Bonn. In her current project – the relaunch of the company’s website – she translates agile methods and elements into the company’s traditional structures.
