In this session, we will dive deep into what comes after the first AI wins in product teams. Three people build skills, agents and dashboards with Claude Code. The other seven don’t know how any of it works, and the best work stays on someone’s laptop. The session shows how product managers can turn what they’ve built into shared apps the whole team uses, and why that changes more than productivity: a shared app becomes a shared process. You can ignore a Confluence page. You can’t ignore the app that does half your work.
Using feature-request triage as the example, the session traces the path from chat to agent to shared app, and talks honestly about the hard part: getting a team to agree on one way of working.
