From PM to Prototyper: How Product Managers are building their own designs

In this 60-minute session, Alexander Sprogis, Product Engineer, Content Creator and teacher at the Digitale Leute School, will dive deep into how the line between product management and UX design is shifting. With 14 years of experience in product management and a background as founder of the low-code agency VisualMakers, Alexander has long been at the forefront of low- and no-code tools and is now one of Germany’s leading voices on vibe coding.

With AI-powered tools, product managers can now build their own prototypes – work that traditionally sat with designers. Using tools such as Lovable, Claude Design and Claude Code, Alexander will show how this is already becoming part of the PM toolkit. He’ll share how this changes daily PM work, what it means for collaboration with design teams, and where the limits of „PM-built“ prototypes are.

This session is aimed at product managers curious about taking a more hands-on role in shaping the look and feel of their products, not just the strategy behind them.
