All sessions start with a masterclass for all participants. It helps us dive into the work quickly when the workshop begins.
Nesrine will assign you to 4-6 person teams where you will work together to create a product opportunities for your own product, or a product you know and love (e.g. Spotify, Shopify, Stripe, etc.). She will provide each team pre-formatted, Google Slides that make it easy for teams to collaborate with each other. The teams will build product delight opportunities in a step-by-step way, using the Delight Grid that Nesrine presents.
Towards the end of the session, Nesrine will give your teams time to revise their opportunities, then pair you with another team to present your work to each other.
