Benjamin joined Interhyp Gruppe in 2012 as a Product Owner, where he and his team digitalized the document handling process in the mortgage market. He went on to redesign the core mortgage comparison product and co-initiated the Product Architecture initiative, laying the foundation for an open housing platform. As Chapter Lead, he coached over 30 Product Owners and, later as Lead Product Architect and Teamlead Product Architecture, defined the business architecture of home and established a cross-functional discovery process. Today, as Tribe Lead Customer Growth, Benjamin drives the strategic direction of all digital products for new business and growth at Interhyp Gruppe, focusing on mindset, collaboration, and platform thinking.
