Alexander Hüsing began his journalistic career in 1996 as a freelancer for the „Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung“. During his studies (history, politics and Eastern European history), the Bottrop native joined „Unicum“ in Bochum as a one-year intern in April 1999. From the university magazine, his path led to „kressreport“ in March 2000 and the long-awaited traineeship. Until September 2003, he worked in various positions at the Heidelberg-based industry service – most recently as editor in charge of the Internet department. Since 2007 he is co-founder and editor-in-chief of deutsche-startups.de
