Digitale Leute Summit 2026 launches new conference format

The Digitale Leute Summit is expanding its conference format with a new first event day. With the introduction of the AI Deep Dive Day, the conference replaces its former Pre-Conference Workshop Day and creates a dedicated opening day fully focused on the practical application of artificial intelligence in the complete software development lifecycle.

On the first day of the Digitale Leute Summit, the smartvillage will become a learning and experimentation space for AI in digital product teams. Across three parallel stages, participants can join in-depth sessions on:
- AI in Product Management
- AI in Product Design
- AI in Engineering
Instead of traditional full-day workshops, the new summit day follows a bootcamp-style format: each stage offers a clearly structured track with a sequence of hands-on sessions, best practices, deep dives, and practical mini-workshops. Each session is designed as a 90-minute format, including a dedicated 30-minute Q&A at the end to allow for discussion, reflection, and exchange with the speakers. Attendees can build their own individual learning path or follow one track throughout the day.
Topics range from AI-powered backlog and roadmapping, vibe coding for product managers, AI-native product design teams, and user research with synthetic users, to agentic engineering, AI-supported software testing, and the AI software engineer mindset. The day is led by industry experts, who work with product teams every day on implementing AI in real-world practice. To support learning beyond the sessions, participants will receive a starter kit with curated materials and software from each deep dive session.
The AI Deep Dive Day thus becomes the new official opening of the Digitale Leute Summit and is designed for product leaders, designers, engineers, vibe coders and decision-makers who want to go beyond strategic discussions and integrate AI directly into the way they work.
As usual, the second day will feature the classic Conference Day program with internationally renowned speakers, keynotes, talks and panels. Companies such as Atlassian, zendesk, and sevdesk will share insights into product, engineering, design and digital leadership. The Conference combines inspiration on the main stage with practical sessions across multiple parallel stages.
With the new AI Deep Dive Day, the Digitale Leute Summit continues to evolve – from a traditional workshop and conference format into a two-day learning and exchange platform that connects strategic perspectives with hands-on execution around AI.
