As a skilled SRE in our team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of our user-facing applications. Our development team is building tools to enable us have reliable production systems with automated deployment and feedback mechanisms. By working closely together, you’ll contribute to the design and maintenance of scalable infrastructure and systems, and ensure continuous improvement in our tech stack. How you’ll make an impact: 

• Find the right balance between a reliable platform and the fast development of our user-facing products (web applications, GraphQL API)
• Provide the infrastructure for fast performing web applications and APIs
• Be part of our fully paid “on-call” rotation
• Help our product teams quickly adopt new tools and deliver new products
• Implement proactive monitoring and alerting systems to detect and resolve potential issues before they impact user experience
• Participate in incident response and troubleshooting activities to diagnose and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal impact on end users

What you’ll need to thrive: 

• At least 2 years‘ work experience as a Site Reliability or DevOps Engineer
• Previous software development experience in one of: Golang, Rust, JavaScript, Java or any other modern programming language
• Experience building CI and CD pipelines and accommodating developers and QA needs
• A DevOps mindset and the eagerness to learn new things
• Willingness to learn and work with Kubernetes and GCP cloud, both as an admin and a user
• Solid communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English, our company language

Stand out with: 

• Experience working in a high-scale environment
• Experience with the following tech stack: Kubernetes, Istio, Docker, Jenkins, NextJS & React, advanced git, Linux and FreeBSD, ELK stack, Grafana, Prometheus, Saltstack, Kafka.
