Purpose of the department
Within the domain of logistics solution, we strive to support and advice our stakeholders about the transformation of their daily operation processes into system supported activities within their Transport management System (TMS). We identify the business need, implement it but also guarantee the support of the daily business.
- Identify the need of enabling different features in a transport management software
- Offer consultancy with regards to the solution or area they are expert for
- Keep track of development processes for the entirety of the project
- Support the change management process
- Translate business requirements into features together with external consultants
- Keep track of the implementation progress of a solution or process within a project team
- Proactively drive the usage of solutions, products, and processes towards business value in a customer centric way.
- Maintain good relationships with the stakeholders
