Still arguing about RICE vs. MoSCoW? You’ve already lost the plot. Prioritisation frameworks aren’t broken. Your strategic decision-making is. When teams struggle to choose what matters, it’s rarely because they miss tooling. It’s because they miss strategic guidelines. The real question in effective prioritisation is “What are we prioritising for”? Without a clear strategic spine, your backlog is just a list of ideas with no narrative, no power, and no direction.
In this talk, Büşra will expose why prioritisation feels like spinning in circles, and how it’s often a symptom of bigger decisions not being made. She will walk through the cascade of decisions that need to be made by product leaders and teams so that saying no becomes obvious, and saying yes moves the needle. Forget frameworks for a minute. Let’s talk about the decisions no one’s making – and the ones you can’t afford to ignore.
